By purchasing or using Kiyomi ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. Kiyomi is provided by RMDW LLC ("we", "us").
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Kiyomi on one macOS computer for personal use. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the Software.
Kiyomi is available through monthly subscriptions, annual plans, and one-time purchases, as listed on kiyomibot.ai. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.
Kiyomi connects to third-party AI services (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) using your own subscriptions or API keys. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.
All your data (conversations, memory, files) is stored locally on your Mac. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Kiyomi is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss, AI-generated content, or service interruptions.
We may release updates to improve Kiyomi. Updates are optional and delivered through the built-in update system.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using Kiyomi at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the Software.
