Welcome to Kiyomi Bot ("Kiyomi," "the Software," "the Product"), a downloadable AI assistant application for macOS developed and published by RMDW LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Georgia limited liability company.
By downloading, installing, or using Kiyomi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not download or use the Software.
"Kiyomi" refers to the Kiyomi Bot macOS application, including all features, updates, and documentation.
"User," "you," "your" refers to the individual or entity that downloads, installs, or uses Kiyomi.
"License" refers to the right granted to you under these Terms to use the Software.
"Third-Party Services" refers to external services Kiyomi integrates with, including Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and Telegram.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, RMDW LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Kiyomi on your personal Mac computer(s).
Your license is active for as long as your subscription is current. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your license to use the Software terminates at the end of the current billing period.
"Lifetime" means a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for as long as the Software remains functional on your hardware. It does not guarantee indefinite updates, support, or compatibility with future macOS versions — though we intend to provide updates for as long as reasonably possible.
The Agency license follows the same perpetual terms as the Lifetime license, with expanded installation rights as described in the End User License Agreement.
You agree to use Kiyomi responsibly and lawfully. Specifically, you may not:
Kiyomi integrates with third-party AI and messaging services. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. If a third-party service changes its terms, pricing, or availability, that is outside our control.
⚠️ Kiyomi is an AI assistant. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Always verify important information independently.
Kiyomi generates responses using artificial intelligence. We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated output.
Specifically:
You are solely responsible for how you use, interpret, and act on any content generated by Kiyomi. RMDW LLC assumes no liability for decisions made based on AI outputs.
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
All payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card information. Payment processing is subject to the processor's own terms and privacy policy.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with Kiyomi for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Kiyomi, including its code, design, branding, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of RMDW LLC. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Software — not ownership of the Software itself.
Your data is yours. Any content you create, conversations you have, files you process, and memory data stored by Kiyomi on your machine belongs to you. We claim no ownership or rights over your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Kiyomi is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
You may stop using Kiyomi at any time. For subscriptions, cancel through your account or contact us. Your access continues through the end of your billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. In the case of a material breach (e.g., redistribution, reverse engineering), termination is immediate and without refund.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from your machine(s). Your locally stored data remains yours — we have no access to it and cannot delete it.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
For claims under $500, we encourage you to contact us first at richardbechols92@gmail.com. We'll make a good-faith effort to resolve it without formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Kiyomi after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and RMDW LLC regarding the use of Kiyomi. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
