Go to claude.ai and create an account. You'll need a Claude Pro plan ($20/mo) or Claude Max plan ($100/mo). This is what powers your AI — think of it as the engine. Kiyomi is the business system that runs on top of it.
Download the free Claude Desktop app from claude.ai/download. It works on Mac and Windows. Install it like any normal app — double-click and follow the prompts. Sign in with the same account you just created.
