End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

RMDW LLC ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kiyomi software ("Software") on one macOS computer that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Software
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
Remove any proprietary notices from the Software

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. RMDW LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software.

4. Third-Party Services

The Software integrates with third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT) and Telegram. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or behavior.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RMDW LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
